Job Summary
Lead electrical design and project delivery from concept to completion; prepare and review designs, specifications, and technical documents; mentor and support junior/intermediate team members; coordinate with internal teams, architects, and external consultants; build and maintain strong client relationships; contribute to proposals and business development efforts; manage project schedules, budgets, and overall execution; opportunity to take on leadership and contribute toward ownership growth within a consulting engineering firm.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- P.Eng designation in Ontario, or working toward it
- 8+ years of consulting experience
- Experience with commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects
- Strong technical design skills and knowledge of applicable codes and standards
- Comfortable leading projects while staying involved in the details
- Interest in mentoring and contributing to team growth
