Job Summary
Electrical Engineer at CMTA (Legence) responsible for designing electrical systems, power distribution, lighting and lighting controls, emergency power, UPS, renewable energy systems, fire alarm systems, and low-voltage systems for bidding and construction on energy-efficient building projects. Will collaborate with a team of engineers and consultants, perform design and production duties, participate in project management tasks, interact with owners/clients/architects/contractors, review technical drawings and specifications, evaluate feasibility and cost, and ensure conformance with contract documents. Requires 5+ years of MEP design experience, a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering, and proficiency with Revit/AutoCAD; FE registration preferred with potential for PE; salary range $100,000–$130,000 with bonus eligibility; visa sponsorship is not available. This role is in-person in Minneapolis, MN at CMTA/Legence.
