Job Summary
Analyze, design, and support development of analog, power, and motor control circuit card assemblies. Perform electrical simulations to evaluate and optimize circuit performance, develop schematics, and execute hardware testing and troubleshooting. Document engineering analyses and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, manufacturable hardware solutions. This mid-to-senior role requires a BSEE holder with 5+ years of experience in PCB design and simulation tools like Saber and Mentor Graphics, located in Tucson AZ.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering
- Analog electronics
- Power electronics and/or motor control electronics
- Experience performing circuit analysis, simulation, testing, and design
- PCB design experience
- Proficiency documenting technical work and engineering results
- Experience using schematic capture tools
- Experience using electrical simulation tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with the Saber simulation/modeling tool
- Experience with Mentor Graphics schematic capture tools
- Experience supporting hardware development from concept through test and validation
