Job Summary
Chemours is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Reliability Engineer to join the Titanium Technologies team in New Johnsonville, Tennessee. This full-time position involves troubleshooting electrical issues, providing technical assistance, and developing maintenance strategies. A Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering is required, along with strong communication and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering
- Ability to manage and lead both strategic long-term programs/projects as well as address short-term operational issues
- Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas with a diverse team
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence leadership, peers, and mechanics
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong Written and Oral Communication
- Willingness to travel (Travel < 25%) and work overtime when needed
Desired Qualifications
- GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
- Knowledge of corporate standards
- Working knowledge of recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices (RAGAGEP)
- Knowledge of Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) and automated equipment
- Knowledge of Probability of Failure on Demand (PFD) requirements
- Working knowledge of Systems Applications and Products (SAP)
- Knowledge of Power Distribution and High Voltage Experience
- Six Sigma and Lean certification
- Understanding of maintenance and reliability best practices
