Job Summary
Electrical Engineer with an active Florida PE license and 5+ years of experience in commercial building inspections, seeking condominium recertifications in Miami-Dade & Broward. Must hold ASNT Level II Thermography, and be proficient in AutoCAD and/or Revit, Risa 3D, SolidWorks, and MS Office. Knowledge of NFPA 70, IEEE C2, and IBC; ability to read plans, prepare reports and recommendations, and communicate with property owners, contractors, architects, and engineers. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- PE license in Florida
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial building inspections
- ASNT Level II Thermography certificate
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit, Risa 3D, SolidWorks, MS Office; knowledge of NFPA 70, IEEE C2, IBC
- Ability to write analyses and communicate findings
- Knowledge of safety policies and PPE
