Job Summary
Carry out assigned project and electrical engineering work in line with technical and commercial standards, including undertaking design and documentation for electrical power systems, lighting, communications, and electronic security. Communicate effectively with clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders across the project lifecycle while collaborating within a multi-disciplinary design environment. This role offers exposure to infrastructure, health, education, and data centre projects within WSP's Melbourne Building Services team, providing clear development opportunities and mentoring to accelerate growth toward senior responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)
- 3 to 6 years' experience in electrical building services design
- Understanding of relevant Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3000, NCC etc.)
- Able to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and coordinate effectively with stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-first mindset
