Job Summary
Lead airplane-level and system-level integration of hardware and software for E-7 Avionics Systems, including developing supplier statements of work, qualification requirements, and verification plans. Coordinate requirements definition, traceability, validation, and verification across engineering teams to ensure first-time quality; apply knowledge of avionics, power, hydraulics, environmental controls, and flight controls to support design, integration, and troubleshooting. Develop CONOPS, operational documentation, and test procedures; plan and execute ground and flight test campaigns; participate on lab, ground, and flight test consoles; drive continuous improvement in integration processes and system operability. Strong communication and leadership across cross-functional teams with ability to interact with program management, customers, and leadership. 100% onsite in Tukwila, WA; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Secret clearance required. Relocation offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in systems engineering, integration, verification, validation, or test
- Ability to obtain US government security clearance (US citizenship) and interim/final DoD Secret clearance
