Job Summary
Execute design verification testing (DVT) plans and support board bring-up through probing, measurement, and PCBA debugging. Perform surface mount rework, build cables, track shipments, maintain lab equipment, and document test reports and procedures. Utilize oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers while applying strong surface mount soldering skills for 0402 components and fine-pitch packages. Work independently to take ownership of assigned tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and collaborate across the robotics hardware program. Requires a BSEE degree with hands-on lab experience; mixed-signal debugging expertise is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship or lawful permanent resident (Green Card) status
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE)
- A few years of hands-on lab or test engineering experience
- Comfortable using oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other standard lab equipment
- Strong surface mount soldering skills, including work with 0402 components and fine-pitch packages
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
