Job Summary
Electrical Engineer for a manufacturing company responsible for designing and supporting electrical systems for industrial equipment. Own electrical design from concept through production, creating and maintaining electrical drawings and CAD documentation, designing motor control systems and drives, selecting components, and collaborating with mechanical, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers. Will support prototype builds, product validation, testing, troubleshooting, and implement engineering changes while serving as the internal technical resource for electrical systems and controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience with three-phase electrical systems
- Working knowledge of variable frequency drives (VFDs), electric motors, motor controls, and industrial electrical components
