Job Summary
Design or modify electrical assemblies, layouts, schematics, and drawings to advance equipment supporting semiconductor chips and advanced displays. Identify and troubleshoot complex electrical problems, perform engineering analysis, and generate test reports with limited supervision. Technically lead projects, coordinate procurement, and resolve critical product issues while developing operating procedures for metrology equipment. Serve as a resource for junior colleagues and lead project teams as needed. This role requires a Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience, with 20% travel.
Required Qualifications

- 4-7 years of experience in a related field

- Strong knowledge of industry best practices, key business drivers, competition in the marketplace, and how your area of expertise integrates with others
- Demonstrated leadership skills to lead small projects as needed
- Develop operating procedures for variety metrology equipment
- Train and guide technicians in completing Failure Analysis reports
