Job Summary
Design and support industrial electrical and control systems for cranes and hoists; create and review electrical schematics, panel layouts, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials; apply electrical engineering principles to power distribution, motor control, and industrial automation systems; support PLCs, VFDs, and industrial control applications; troubleshoot electrical and control system issues across design, manufacturing, testing, and field service; collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations to drive quality, safety, and continuous improvement; mentors may be involved for less experienced engineers; roles span from entry-level to senior, with opportunities to independently own electrical scope on assigned projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET/EAC-accredited program required
- Master’s degree is a plus but not required
- EIT/EI preferred for early-career engineers
- PE license valued for senior-level candidates
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen
- Ability to work full-time, on-site Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–4:30PM
- Ability to meet the posted work schedule and work required hours
