Job Summary
The Electrical Engineer 1 is responsible for designing new products and re-designing existing products, ensuring accuracy in schematics and compliance with safety requirements. Candidates must have experience in AutoCAD or similar CAD programs, and commissioning of equipment. The role involves performing product commissioning, maintaining documentation, and ensuring products meet specifications. Strong computer skills and knowledge in PLCs, AC and DC drives, and motion controls are essential. The position entails working in a team environment, leading meetings, and interacting across various departments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in AutoCAD or similar Electrical CAD programs
- Experience with commissioning (debug) of equipment
- Knowledgeable in PLC’s, AC and DC drives, motion controls and operator interface units
- Ability to create all documentation required for assembly
- Excellent computer skills
