Electrical / EICA Engineer – UK Water/Wastewater – All Levels

Electrical/ICA Engineer role within Egis' UK Water team, contributing to and leading Electrical and/or ICA design across major UK water/wastewater programmes (e.g., AMP8, WINEP, SROs). Participate in feasibility, optioneering, concept through detailed design and delivery across national projects. Develop and review core EICA deliverables (specifications, control philosophies, URS, calculations, datasheets, schedules, and system architecture). Attend site visits for data acquisition and operator liaison; engage with technology providers and vendors. Ensure compliance with hazardous-area and electrical-safety requirements (DSEAR) and be involved in FATs for panels, PLC/HMI software, and SCADA where required. Provide design support during delivery phases, including contractor submissions review, design queries, and handover/commissioning activities. Contribute to business development and bids; support recruitment, mentoring and skills development. Be willing to travel to operate in UK water sector environments. Desirable experience includes water reuse, BD/work-winning contributions, and people management. Right to work in the UK is required.
