Job Summary
Provide electrical technical guidance and leadership to accomplish project commitments by assigning resources and overseeing all electrical work. Assist Project/Client Managers with engineering teams for multidiscipline projects while participating in direct sales efforts. Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, and structural disciplines plus outside consultants to deliver full-range services. Lead recruitment, interviewing, and deal closing for electrical staff while organizing the department for career advancement and operational efficiencies. Manage project assignments, delivery due dates, workload capacity, and annual evaluations. Deliver status updates on projects, tasks, budgets, and milestone dates for design coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Accomplished electrical engineer/PE
- 15+ years of progressive technical experience in the design of electrical systems
- Experience with technical oversight of multiple projects
- Proven success in meeting contract specifications
- Proven success in achieving high performance
- Proven success in growth of a team
- Self-motivation
- Highly developed verbal skills

- Highly developed interpersonal skills
