Job Summary
Develop electrical engineering deliverables including single lines, layouts, installation drawings, and underground raceway systems using 2-D/3-D CAD tools with minimal supervision. Construct detailed scale models, develop work plans, and review drawings for quality, accuracy, and compliance with ANSI/IEC standards and Chilean regulations. Participate in constructability reviews, verify bulk material quantity take-offs, and coordinate technical requirements across disciplines. Requires a bachelor's degree, 1-3 years of experience, and proficiency in Microstation or AutoCAD. Full-time office role in Santiago.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of regulatory and industry standards, design criteria, guidelines and procedures and codes relevant to the electrical discipline
- Microstation or AutoCAD skills 3D modeling
- Knowledge of electrical design and drafting techniques, engineering drawings, reading drawings, and reproduction methods used by the discipline
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team for EPC/EPCM projects
- Proficient in electrical discipline with the ability to solve a wide range of problems
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
