Job Summary
Collaborate with project managers to identify prefabricatable systems, then visit job sites to compile data for fabrication drawings. Create detailed plans for duct banks, racks, electrical rooms, and conduit routing using Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam. Interpret construction designs, modify sketches, and perform project estimates in Accubid Anywhere. Travel to remote locations to assist with installation and read schematics for confined spaces. Work 40 hours weekly plus overtime in all weather conditions while operating company trucks and using power tools.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be able to read and interpret construction/building designs
- Must possess effective communication skills
- Must have basic math skills
- Must have the ability to safely use required power tools
- Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull and reach overhead
- Able to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to regularly work 40 hours per week plus overtime as required
- Night shifts, weekends, and out-of-town work may be required
- Must be able to make transition from employee parking area or street into construction work areas and to gain access to all levels of the building
- Must hear and see well (either natural or with correction)
- Must be able to operate company truck with manual and automatic transmission
- Must be able to comprehend and practice safe work procedures as outlined in Company Safety Handbook

- Four years of related trade experience
- Revit and AutoCAD experience
- OSHA 10 for Construction
- License: Apprenticeship or state Journeyman license preferred
