Job Summary
Collaborate with project managers to determine prefabricated systems and assemblies, then visit job sites to compile data for fabrication drawings. Create detailed plans and detail drawings using Revit, Evolve, Bluebeam, and Navisworks, interpreting rough sketches, contract documents, and bid specifications. Perform project estimates in Accubid Anywhere and assist with installation at remote sites as needed. Work in all weather conditions and confined areas while operating company trucks and using power tools. Requires a valid driver's license, willingness to commute, and ability to work 40-hour weeks plus overtime, night shifts, and weekends.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment
- Must have the ability to safely use required power tools
- Must have the ability to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull and reach overhead
- Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 30 pounds, with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to regularly work 40 hours per week plus overtime as required
- Night shifts, weekends, and out-of-town work may be required
- Must be able to make transition from employee parking area or street into construction work areas and to gain access to all levels of the building, even if the only means of access is by O.S.H.A. approved site construction ladder or stairs still under construction but acceptable for use
- Must hear and see well (either natural or with correction)
- Must be able to operate company truck with manual and automatic transmission
- Must be able to comprehend and practice safe work procedures as outlined in Company Safety Handbook
- Must be able to comprehend construction drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Must be able to positively identify colors of wire and other items as required
- Must be able to utilize construction site sanitary facilities (Porta-Johns)
- Must be able to work in restricted or confined areas such as switch gear-rooms, manholes, utility tunnels and crawl spaces
- Job requires working in all weather elements; heat, cold, rain, or snow, depending on job location and time of year
- Must wear all personal protective equipment as required
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Must pass a Drug Screen Testing
- Must pass a Background Check
- Must provide References
- Four years of related trade experience
- Revit and AutoCAD experience
- OSHA 10 for Construction
- License: Apprenticeship or state Journeyman license preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity and knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and application of the NEC into electrical design documents
- Ability to create and maintain productive relationships with employees, clients, and vendors
- Must possess ability to read and interpret construction/building designs

- License: Apprenticeship or state Journeyman license preferred
- Technical Electrical Degree preferred
