Job Summary
Design engineering solutions, including drawings and calculations, according to contract specifications while creating and modifying standard designs for equipment and installations. Clarify technical issues during project design, communicate with customers to determine the best technical solution, and obtain customer approval for equipment drawings and material lists. Release drawings for production, coordinate issues that arise, and assist after-sales engineers in solving on-site issues. Prepare qualification test procedures, implement tests, evaluate data, and organize reports to analyze and improve processes. This role supports the EL smart power business in Xiamen China, contributing to energy distribution solutions for data centers and industrial plants.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software such as EPLAN/Auto CAD
- Fluent in both Chinese and English in written and oral communication
- Good communication skills
- Adaptability
- Team spirit
- Familiar with AI applications
- Good practical case experience with AI applications
Desired Qualifications
- Applicants with work experience in the design of low-voltage switchgear assemblies are preferred
