Electrical Design Engineer

Conduct conceptual design, component specification, and system hardware design for packaging machinery, including creating wiring schematics, program diagrams, and bills of materials. Program and troubleshoot state-of-the-art equipment using Allen-Bradley PLCs, CODESYS, and ladder logic, while running initial commissioning and debugging issues during testing. Customize program features based on customer specifications and support field service technicians with replacement component programming. Collaborate on research and development projects for future implementations and provide technical training at client facilities. Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, 2-4 years of design experience, and proficiency in SolidWorks Electrical or AutoCAD. Up to 20% domestic and international travel is required.
