Job Summary
Electrical Design Engineer II to develop electrical design packages for complex gas-projects, collaborating with senior engineers, designers, and drafters to produce calculations, drawings, and documentation that meet project requirements and industry standards. You’ll own discipline-specific design work on simpler efforts while assisting with technical analyses on more complex projects, communicate impacts to scope, cost, schedule, and quality, and build proficiency in CAD and engineering tools. The role involves reviewing your own work and participating in peer and QA/QC checks, with limited client interaction and occasional field support across the full project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from accredited institution
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in the pipeline industry or a related engineering or consulting industry
