Job Summary
Design or modify electrical assemblies, layouts, schematics, and drawings to advance equipment supporting semiconductor and display manufacturing. Identify and troubleshoot complex electrical problems, perform engineering analysis, and generate test reports with limited supervision. Technically lead engineering projects, coordinate component procurement, and resolve critical product issues to ensure peak performance. Serve as a resource for junior colleagues, lead project teams, and communicate sensitive information to build consensus. This full-time role in Bangalore requires 7-10 years of experience and includes 20% travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7-10 years of experience in a related field

- Strong knowledge of industry best practices, key business drivers, competition in the marketplace, and how your area of expertise integrates with others
- Demonstrated leadership skills to lead small projects as needed
- Should have deeper understanding and knowledge of drives and controllers
- Hands on experience in developing the drives and controllers
- Understanding of hardware circuit design for controllers/ drives
- Should have knowledge on UL standards and European compliance standards
