Job Summary
Lead and manage the Electrical Engineering Department in Douglassville, PA, overseeing project delivery, scheduling, and budget performance across multiple projects. Provide technical direction for design of medium- and low-voltage power systems, lighting, grounding, and related infrastructure; ensure NEC/NFPA/IEEE compliance; coordinate with architectural, mechanical, civil, and structural teams to deliver integrated designs. Mentor and supervise engineering staff; support professional development and performance improvement. Review and approve engineering documents, specifications, calculations, and reports. Support business development through proposal preparation, client interaction, and strategic growth initiatives. Manage staffing levels, workload planning, and resource allocation. Serve as a technical representative in meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Required: BSEE, 15+ years of electrical engineering experience with leadership, and PE license. Preferred: experience with transportation, industrial, or large facility projects; familiarity with SKM, ETAP, Revit, and AutoCAD; strong skills in specification development and construction support. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) required
- 15+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience, including leadership roles
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
