Lead and manage the Electrical Engineering Department, overseeing the department's budget, staff development, mentoring, and project delivery across power and communications infrastructure design. Coordinate department priorities, staffing, and client satisfaction, collaborate with other offices, and support marketing, proposals, and win-to-work activity. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with about 10 years of practical experience including supervisory experience; Professional Engineer license is preferred.
