Job Summary
Provide detailed quantity take-off and preliminary pricing for construction projects by reviewing and interpreting drawings to understand project scope. Support development of comprehensive cost estimates and models while communicating client goals. Facilitate document control, file management, and project collaboration, ensuring all deliverables adhere to QA/QC procedures. Actively research and develop vendor sources to maintain cost information accuracy. Communicate effectively through clear and concise means aligned with project objectives. This role offers growth within a passionate team of cost estimating and construction management professionals across federal, education, and commercial sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Electrical cost estimating experience
Desired Qualifications
- 2-5 years of cost estimating experience in vertical construction/engineering projects
- Proficient user of On-Screen Takeoff (OST) software or similar quantity takeoff software
- A bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or architecture, or 2 years of applicable construction trade experience in lieu of a degree
