Job Summary
Lead and supervise hourly control technicians in a manufacturing setting; oversee electrical control systems (Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs); diagnose and troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime; plan, schedule, and oversee electrical projects within budget; monitor labor costs; drive process improvements and maintain documentation of programming changes, maintenance activities, and project plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; or 5+ years of engineering services experience, preferably in fabric finishing
- 2+ years of electrical experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with PLCs (Siemens and Allen Bradley)
- Ability to perform basic programming and troubleshoot control systems
- Strong computer skills including scheduling and project management software
