Job Summary
Electrical Control Assembler I role responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical components used in data center power distribution and infrastructure. Follows wiring diagrams, schematics, and standardized work instructions to build electrical panels, PDUs, cable harnesses, control boxes, and switchgear. Hands-on, fast-paced role focusing on accuracy, quality, safety, and reliability. Daily duties include interpreting wiring diagrams, assembling components, stripping/crimping/terminating wires, using hand and electrical tools (crimpers, wire strippers, torque drivers, multimeters, drills), inspecting work for correct routing and secure terminations, testing continuity, collaborating with mechanical assemblers, testers, and quality teams, reporting material shortages or defects, and maintaining 5S and electrical safety compliance. Preferred experience in electrical assembly or wiring, exposure to manufacturing or panel-building, ability to use multimeters, experience reading schematics or blueprints, and vocational/technical coursework in electrical or industrial technology.
