Electrical Construction Senior Project Manager

Job Summary
Lead the project team with overall accountability for completing assigned electrical construction projects successfully, overseeing up to 10 active projects and managing up to $30 million in value. Supervise multiple Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers while making decisions on project cost, time, and performance. Provide monthly status reports, monitor on-site foremen to ensure schedule and budget adherence, and maintain liaisons with owners, contractors, and vendors. Cultivate future opportunities through excellent customer service, cross-selling integrated solutions, and fostering an injury-free environment via strict safety practices and quality assurance. Plan ahead to resolve emerging problems and execute job cost tracking and closure. Full-time role with competitive salary of $150,000-$210,000 annually plus discretionary bonus. Requires minimum 15 years in Industrial Construction or Advanced Technology projects.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years' experience in selling, estimating, and managing multi-million-dollar Industrial Construction or Advanced Technology projects
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering plus 10 years' construction project experience
- 5 years' experience as an Electrical Foreman or General Foreman on large projects plus 10 years as a Project Manager
- Superior knowledge of electrical codes and construction methods
- Proven experience managing 100k+ man-hour projects
- Proven experience with heavy power distribution systems, instrumentation installation, and process control and system integration
- Thorough applied knowledge of project QA/QC procedures and system turnover
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of competency in labor, material, and contract management
- Competency in earned-value tracking, labor efficiency index, and crew composite factors
- Proven ability to complete a detailed take off and all required estimating for electrical projects
- Relevant experience in electrical subcontracting
