Electrical Construction Managers

Oversee electrical subcontractor activities in an operational industrial facility, coordinating renovations and build-outs while enforcing Beyond Zero safety culture and OSHA compliance. Interface with engineering teams to resolve technical issues, direct daily work activities, and manage project staff including superintendents and foremen. Ensure all work meets contractual requirements, drawings, and specifications by reviewing proposals, approving subcontractor selections and invoicing, and executing change orders. Maintain cost control through weekly labor and monthly budget reports, optimize construction methods, and coordinate material deliveries and document submittals. Lead project coordination meetings, manage the closeout process, and represent the company at regular intervals with owners, engineers, and suppliers.
