Job Summary
Supervise technicians and perform on-site installation of electronic, electro-mechanical, and low voltage electrical equipment while evaluating cost-effective methods to minimize customer downtime. Generate documentation supporting installation activity, including updates, status reports, and as-built procedures. Assist in proposal evaluations detailing time, labor, and materials, and work closely with the Installation Manager to determine the best solution for customers. Provide support for installation technicians, supervise labor, and ensure company policies, safety guidelines, and procedures are enforced. Train technicians on newly installed equipment and coordinate subcontractors for field support efforts.
Required Qualifications
- 6 years of experience
- 1 year in leadership role
- Detailed record keeping through observation
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of roadway electrical and civil construction
- Experience with equipment operation (aerial lifts, commercial vehicles)
- Experience with vast array of hand tools and operation
- Experience with ITS device installation and troubleshooting
- Must maintain driver's license in good standing as verified by Transcore
Desired Qualifications
- Prior management experience preferred
