Job Summary
Conduct electrical, telecom, and fire-alarm inspections while reviewing construction drawings and monitoring field installation quality per NEC requirements. Coordinate project schedules, manage overall construction activities, and ensure quality control of materials and equipment. Support permitting activities, resolve field issues, and maintain project records to ensure safe and compliant execution. Work across office and construction site environments, utilizing Auto CAD and MS Office tools. Weekend work may be required depending on the project schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Strong bilingual (Korean / English) communication and documentation skills
- Experience in technical interpretation or international client communication
- Knowledge of subcontractor procurement and contract administration
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Experience with construction related documentation, submittals, drawings, reports, etc
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office experience (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Auto CAD
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Weekend work may be required depending on the project schedule
- Physical ability to navigate active job sites and construction areas
- Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical, Telecom, Fire Alarm Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in engineering, construction or similar roles
- Experience with AHJ inspections, and NEC code compliance is preferred
- Experience in large-scale construction sites such as buildings, plants, or data centers preferred
- Experience with electrical quantity take-offs, cost estimation, subcontractor administration, and permitting support
