Job Summary
Electrical Construction Coordinator responsible for planning and coordinating construction activities within expected budget and timeline. Key responsibilities include providing safety oversight, participating in pre-construction planning, inspecting work for compliance, managing communication with project teams, ordering materials, preparing Daily Log Reports and maintaining construction documentation. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and five years of relevant construction experience, with a preference for candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or possessing related experience. The role requires strong organizational skills, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work collaboratively.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 5 Years Relevant Construction / Maintenance Experience
- Ability to pass a post-offer drug (including marijuana) and alcohol test
- Subject to random testing as a condition of continued employment
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Similar
- Experience in Commercial / Industrial T&D or Experience in Management Preferred
- OSHA 10 hour and MEA specific training is beneficial
- Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
- Competent in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe)
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented
- Able to work well in a group setting and manage simultaneous tasks
