Electrical Assistant Project Manager - DFW

Job Summary
Coordinate subcontractor project orientation meetings, project team meetings, and GC sub meetings. Develop submittal logs and communicate with subcontractors and the Project Superintendent regarding submittals and coordination drawings. Review and process all submittal data and shop drawings to ensure project schedules are expedited and materials are delivered on time. Sustain productive customer relationships while supporting the Project Manager in pricing and selling change orders. Requires a B.S. degree in Construction Science, Management, or Engineering, one year of relevant construction experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam. Willingness to travel to project jobsites throughout the country is required.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Construction Science, Management, Engineering, or other related experience
- One year of relevant construction related experience
- Analytical thinker who can identify problems as well as potential solutions
- Demonstrated willingness to offer ideas, opinions, and feedback
- Ability to build relationships, collaborate, and communicate effectively throughout the organization and with our suppliers/partners
- Ability to lead through influence to drive change and deliver positive outcomes
- Strong math and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office platform including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Willing to travel to project jobsites throughout the country, if needed

- Must be eligible to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- B.S. degree in Construction Science, Management, Engineering, or other related experience preferred
- Previous construction internship preferred
- Bluebeam software proficiency preferred
