Electrical Assistant

Job Summary
Assist electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components; measure, cut, and bend conduit and wire as directed; pull wire and assist with installing panels, fixtures, and electrical boxes; load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment on job sites; maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment; follow instructions from supervisors and licensed electricians; operate basic hand tools and power tools safely; support troubleshooting of electrical issues under supervision; adhere to all safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and company policies; assist with project setup and cleanup activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Interest in the electrical trade or construction industry
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Current and valid driver’s license in state of residence preferred
