Assist with solar panel installations on roof and ground-mounted systems; assist the electrician with wiring, maintaining and troubleshooting residential solar systems; construction experience including roofing and framing is a plus; prior electrical experience not required with potential to earn a sponsored electrician apprenticeship; emphasize customer service, teamwork, reliable attendance, and safety through climbing roofs and crawling in attics; on-the-job learning in solar power industry.
