Job Summary
Electrical Assembly Technician responsible for assembling, repairing, and evaluating battery packs, wire harnesses, and connectors. Must interpret schematics, fabricate electrical components from engineering drawings, and use calipers and hand tools to ensure precise measurements. Solder components onto circuit boards and work with surface mount technology. Strong mechanical background, proficiency with hand tools, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. IPC certification is ideal; experience with electrical wiring techniques, calipers, schematics, and troubleshooting diagnostics is valued. Team-focused with good communication to collaborate with customers and colleagues in the Springboro, OH area.
