Job Summary
Join a dynamic production team as an Electrical Assembly Technician, where you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and assembling complex wiring systems into high-quality harnesses. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to meet rigorous quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency reading blueprints, wiring diagrams, and understanding color codes
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in electrical assembly
- Experience of 1+ year in wiring, harness assembly, or electrical manufacturing
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality systems
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work on your feet for 10-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment
- Lift/move up to 30 lbs. repetitively
