Job Summary
Electrical Assembly Team Member responsible for final assembly operations of medical carts and enclosures to meet quality and production standards. Responsibilities include wiring, soldering, electrical testing, and sub-assembly of medical device applications in a climate-controlled, ISO class 5 clean room. Utilize precision torque tools and follow electrical assembly work instructions. May perform mechanical final assembly or subassembly based on workload. Verify parts and other assemblers’ work to quality standards, adhere to safety regulations with proper PPE, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain a 6S workplace. Ongoing training to reach Electrical/Mechanical Assembly Team Member Level Two and Level Three (minimum six months training with supervisor approval). Shift: First Shift 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of Electrical Assembly experience
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings required
- Use of hand and powers tools required
