Job Summary
Lead the Electrical Assembly Department to ensure production schedules are met, supervising and coordinating department members, training and evaluating staff, and enforcing safety and 5S practices. Duties include reviewing work orders, specs and blueprints, assigning duties to align with schedules, requisitioning tools/equipment, ensuring safe operation of tools and machines, maintaining travelers and inspection sheets, and performing assembly of electrical components, harnesses, and electrical panels. Maintain ISO 9001 standards and stay current with technical and supervisory skills through training and attendance at seminars/exhibits. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience. Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pm.
