Job Summary
Electrical Wire Assembler performing mounting and assembly of electrical components such as transformers, relays, controllers, and related hardware into various configurations. Responsibilities include reading electrical schematics, using wire strippers/cutters/crimpers, stripping/cutting/crimping ferrules onto wire, and measuring with a tape measure to 1/8 inch. Requires AC electrical experience and a High School Diploma or GED. Duties also include assembling and attaching hardware (caps, clamps, knobs, switches), communicating effectively with teammates, and other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to read electrical schematics
- Experience using wire strippers, cutters and crimpers
- Able to strip, cut and crimp ferrules onto wire
- AC electrical experience
- Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/8th inch.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Must have a High School Diploma or GED
