Job Summary

This role involves the assembly and testing of complex fuel control units for gas turbine engines during the 3rd shift. Responsibilities include completing FCU testing using Testek benches, following manufacturing planning for instructions and inspection, loading software onto electrical control assemblies, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Electrical Assembler must verify dimensions and performance with measuring instruments and use hand tools, ensuring product safety and quality according to the company’s Quality Policy.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience with mechanical and electrical testing
  • 1 year using precision tools, fixture and measuring equipment
  • Ability to read and assemble parts from manufacturing planning instructions
  • Ability to perform detailed work requiring fine motor skills
  • Capable of lifting 50 pounds from floor to height of 25 inches
  • Capable of pushing or pulling a weight of 60 pounds
  • Grip strength of at least 50 pounds
  • Able to reach above shoulder 65 inches above floor level
  • U.S. Citizenship required

Additional Requirements

  • Position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
