Job Summary
Operates per SOPs, blueprints, wiring schematics, and work instructions to wire a range of products from standardized designs to non-standard configurations. Completes required paperwork (timecards, quality documents, test records, standard-work) and adheres to safety and 5S procedures. Uses required measuring and gauging devices and meters, and leverages basic electrical assembly aptitude to operate machinery, equipment, and computer terminals. Demonstrates ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring schematics to determine form, fit, and function, contributing to a positive work environment. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years electrical experience preferable
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, specifications and written instructions
- Familiarity with hand/power tools and meters
- Basic math skills
- Detail oriented
- Good organizational skills
- Adept in problem solving and spatial reasoning
