Job Summary
Electrical Assembler responsible for assembling and testing electrical components and systems for Defence & Military projects. Responsibilities include assembling according to specifications and engineering drawings, conducting tests to verify functionality and quality, troubleshooting issues, maintaining records of assembly processes and test results, and collaborating with engineering and QA teams to improve techniques and product quality. Must read and interpret technical drawings, adhere to safety protocols, and work effectively in a team. Location is Scoresby, Victoria (AU); full-time role with eligibility to work in Australia and national police check required.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a relevant vocational qualification in electrical engineering or related field
- Proven experience in electrical assembly or similar role
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Additional Requirements
- Applicants must be Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or hold valid work rights without restrictions
