Job Summary
Perform electrical wiring and component installation on communication shelters and enclosures by reading blueprints, diagrams, and technical instructions. Test finished wiring, troubleshoot issues, and use hand, power, and measuring tools to assemble products while inspecting materials and work for quality standards. Package finished items for shipment and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Rotate between workstations as needed to support production. This hands-on role requires standing, walking, lifting, and following all safety procedures, including wearing steel toe boots and safety glasses. Located in Strafford, MO, this position is part of the production team building high-quality enclosures.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of electrical or manufacturing experience
- related training or certification
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and shop documentation
- Ability to read a tape measure and work with precision
