Job Summary
Assemble electrical components according to schematics to produce high-quality products. Travel to customer sites for installations, repairs, warranty work, retrofits, safety improvements and equipment transfers. Report defective materials and conditions. Collaborate with other departments to set priorities and communicate progress. Adhere to quality, safety, and company policies. Support continuous improvement and problem-solving activities. Wire and assemble per UL/NEC standards, print labels, and troubleshoot electrical issues including voltage/amp readings, wiring traces, relays, motors, wiring health, breakers/fuses, sensors, and valves. Maintain attention to detail, organization, and teamwork while meeting deadlines. Must be self-motivated, possess good communication skills in English, and be proficient with hand tools and basic computing tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Formal electrical training or demonstrate on-the-job experience in the electrical field.
- Familiarity with NEC, UL, and/or CSA codes preferred.
- Ability to read/understand electrical schematics and create redlines.
