Job Summary
Assemble electrical or electronic systems and components, install wiring, and adjust workpieces to facilitate assembly. Perform all job material transactions to maintain inventory integrity, read schematics to determine material requirements, and inspect wiring installations for operational accuracy. Adjust voltages to specified values, clean parts, and pack finished assemblies for shipment. Report product defects or material shortages to the Work Cell Coordinator or Production Supervisor. Maintain bin locations using FIFO and keep the work area organized. This role requires 2 years of soldering experience and the ability to stand 8-10 hours per day. Required Qualifications
- 2 years soldering electrical components
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand 8-10 hours per day
- Strong work ethic
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work quickly and methodically, while maintaining attention to detail
