Job Summary
Electrical Assembler I responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems used in automated manufacturing equipment and industrial machinery. Key duties include wiring electrical control panels, interpreting schematics and blueprints, installing components (relays, PLCs, sensors, power supplies, circuit breakers, etc.), terminating and labeling wiring per drawings, conducting electrical tests and continuity checks, troubleshooting electrical and pneumatic systems, collaborating with Engineering and Production to resolve assembly issues, supporting machine startup and final inspections, and maintaining a safe, organized, quality-focused work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with technical training in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of electrical assembly, machine building, or industrial manufacturing experience
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
