Electrical Assembler I - 1st Shift (Onsite)

Job Summary
Perform soldering, hardware installation, and post coating under supervision to produce quality assemblies. Inspect own work to ensure compliance with workmanship standards, engineering requirements, and design specifications; follow productivity targets to meet deadlines. Maintain clean and orderly work area, report progress to lead or supervisor, and participate in audits, cost reduction and continuous improvement efforts. Acquire necessary skill/knowledge through trainings and certifications, read and interpret assembly instructions, schematics/technical drawings, and safety/operating documents; communicate effectively in a team environment and adhere to Environmental Health and Safety, ethics/compliance, and attendance policies. This is a first-shift, onsite role with training during initial weeks and opportunities for professional development and varied benefits.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED (US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline
- U.S. Citizenship required to access information under contract/program
