Job Summary
Electrical Assembler I performs basic electrical assembly tasks under close supervision, following established workmanship standards, engineering requirements, and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include soldering, hardware installation, and post coating; inspecting own work to ensure quality and conformance; maintaining productivity to meet customer deadlines; complying with Raytheon/RTX Environmental Health and Safety, ethics, quality, and attendance rules; participating in cost-reduction and continuous improvement activities, audits, and trainings; maintaining a clean work area; reporting progress to leads/supervisors; and developing skills through assigned tasks. Requires ability to interpret schematics/technical drawings, follow assembly instructions, work in a fast-paced team environment, and stand for long periods. This is a U.S.-based onsite role with first shift hours, onsite training, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires HS Diploma (or equivalent, e.g. GED in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline.
