Electrical Assembler

Job Summary
Conduct precise assembly and wiring of electrical components and systems according to blueprints, schematics, and work orders. Read and interpret diagrams to assemble panels, junction boxes, and sub-assemblies while cutting, stripping, and mounting wires with high accuracy. Install and secure hardware such as switches, relays, and circuit breakers, and perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to maintain a safe workspace. Inspect work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards and collaborate with quality assurance teams. Requires proficiency with hand and power tools, soldering, and crimping techniques. 1st and 2nd shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical assembly equipment
- Experience with soldering and crimping techniques
- Familiarity with testing procedures and basic troubleshooting
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work from detailed instructions and follow safety protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
