Job Summary
Conduct installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems, wiring, lighting, and control systems in residential or commercial settings. Diagnose electrical issues using testing devices and procedures while learning to read blueprints and schematics. Collaborate with journeyman and master electricians to meet project timelines and exceed productivity standards. Follow all safety protocols on job sites and while driving, maintaining organized tool storage. Actively participate in on-the-job training to build technical skills and industry knowledge. Assist in addressing client needs and concerns professionally.
Required Qualifications

- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to assist in accurate electrical system installations
- Develop troubleshooting skills to diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations in every task performed
- Demonstrate initiative and adaptability, performing additional duties as assigned to support the team
